" My son needed a car immediately and was looking online. He found one that he liked at Alpha motors in Knoxville. I sent an email to them and within 1 minute I received a call. I asked several questions about the car we were interested in, and every question was answered in detail. My son decided he wanted the car so we started the Online buying process, which I am always skeptical of, it stresses me out. However, this time was different. I have never dealt with such nice people who answer your questions, call you back, no pressure, and make you feel comfortable & that you can trust them. I have never bought a car and things went this smoothly. We live in Indiana, and literally made the deal on Tuesday where we did all the paperwork online, and the car was shipped and sitting in our driveway by 6 o’clock Wednesday night! Plus, they picked up the car that we traded in, the same time they delivered the new one. The car was delivered in excellent condition, we took it to our mechanic and he could not believe the great deal we got on it. We bought an Infiniti Q60, and the car is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a place to buy a car, I would definitely check out Alpha Motors! Thank you guys so much for all of your help in getting my son in a reliable and safe car!"

" Had a great experience buying from Alpha Motors. My salesman Moe was the best. He did a FaceTime video with me and answered all my questions.. The Yukon XL was shipped from Knoxville to Southeast Louisiana in a few days. Would buy from Alpha Motors again.
